Les appartements de la Villa San Michele sont très agréables et très bien équipés, le personnel est charmant,le sejour a été agréable, le seul bémol : l'hôtel etait complet quand nous sommes arrivés et la seule chambre disponible lors de notre reservation donnait sur la rue principale de Port Douglas, c'est sympa pour l'animation le soir sur la terrasse mais en fin de nuit, on a droit aux camions poubelles, la voirie qui nettoie la rue, les voitures et donc beaucoup de bruit ...... dommage oarce que tout le reste est nickel, faut peut-être demander (si cela est possible au moment de la reservation) une chambre donnant sur l'arrière et plus calme. L'emplacement est top, en plein centre, proche de l'animation, bars, cafés, restos et à 500 m de la 4 miles Beach.

+l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est prêts de la plage, des boutiques et des restaurants. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le charme d'un hôtel à l'italienne. Un vrai coup de cœur. - internet ne fonctionne vraiment pas bien

Très bel hôtel, situé au cœur de la ville et tranquille. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine est bien équipée. Je reviendrai certainement!

This place is good for a short stay in port Douglas. The place is very clean. However, there is a smell of a certain chemical for cleaning or pest control that is somewhat bothersome. It would be great if Changes to the time for the barrier reef tour booked with the hotel were communicated with us.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa San Michelle. For the price, the quality was great. We asked for a private, quiet apartment and it was delivered. The apartment was tastefully renovated and clean. There was a problem with the bedroom aircon but it was tended to quickly. There was a dishwasher convection microwave and stovetop, which was pleasing. The shower was lovely and nice private small courtyard. The pool was shaded and the other in the sun, which was good. We would recommend Villa San Michelle to our friends and family.

Nice apartments in wonderful location in town. Convenient to all, including grocery store, restaurants, and dock for snorkelling day trip. Helpful and nice staff.

Very well located on the main street between the inlet and the beach. Generous size rooms and an outside balcony overlooking some greenery. Laundry facilities are not in the room but they are free and accessible. The car park is very tight and would not suit a large car but overall a great place to stay in Port Douglas, and reception staff we’re very friendly

Great value little hotel in an unbeatable central location of Port Douglas. Our room was clean and relatively spacious, although I would swap out the king bed for a queen to allow for more room in the bedroom. It was also a little musty when we first arrived, but running the aircon on dry alleviated the issue. The style of the hotel may be a little dated, but our kitchen and bathroom were renovated and modern, and made for a perfect budget-friendly stay.

The property is very well located in the heart of the village. Walkable to shopping, dining and Marina. The Apartment was clean and comfortable but there were a couple of things that could be easily fixed. One tiny hook in the bathroom is not adequate to hang Robe etc. The small wardrobe was full with safe, ironing board , cleaning gear and blankets so no room for hanging clothes and had those annoying coat hangers attached to the rail. There is only one towel per person provided for a 4 day stay although there is a laundry on site. An obliging maid provided us with hand towels which were not in the room when we arrived. I personally don’t go away for a short break to do laundry. The small wardrobe was full with ironing board, cleaning products, blankets and valuables safe but no room to hang clothes. Worse still it had those annoying coat hangers which are attached to the rail . Wifi is erratic, constantly dropping out and smart tv wouldn’t connect at all with password provided. The pool area is clean and inviting but generally the property is a little dated, could definitely do with a paint job. On site parking is great.

Our stay at SAN Michele was just lovely. Our room was clean and very well appointed. A great big comfy bed was great for relaxing. It was quiet at night for a Main Street area. With ammenities, restaurants and beaches within walking distance, it was a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed in PD many times now and enjoyed choosing restaurants that we could walk to and from this time. Highly recommend.

A hidden gem right in town King size bed was so comfy and loved the Mediterranean feel of the place Everything is walking distance and the coffee shop underneath it has great coffee We had a balcony overlooking the street which was spacious and surprisingly not noisy We would recommend it highly

Cozy and warm place, While I was traveling solo I felt very comfortoble in this local sweet hotel. Located in the city center, made everything easy - the beach, restaurants, bar and shopping - all there.
