Propriétaire très sympa et disponible, l’appartement est très bien équipé , spacieux et proche de la rue commerçante. Afin d’améliorer le service, le ménage devrait être plus contentieux, mais que cela ne reste pas un frein aux prochains locataires, je recommande cette établissement.

Top floor location and newly renovated with new furniture throughout. We overlooked the swimming pool and had no traffic noise. The unit was fully equipped and the bed very comfortable. Parking was easy, plenty of room and undercover. The stay was all that we could have wished for. Excellent experience.

Close to everything - beach and town. Not actually in the main shopping street which was a plus for me. My unit faced the main street but even so was not too noisy. Like most units, upper floor noise transmits from above - this is a lucky dip as to whether you get considerate guests above you. Unit was very well stocked for short term stays. Bed was comfortable. My one and only "complaint" is that the floor was not overly clean for bare feet - hard for the property manager to notice this without them walking around in bare feet themselves. I would happily stay again and have already told some friends to consider this place when in Port Douglas.

A good choice.
These are slightly older apartments kept very clean and in good condition. Its about a 1km walk to town. The apartment is spacious. Definately good value.

We really enjoyed our stay at Central Plaza. Close to the supermarket, beach and main street with shops and restaurants (we didn't have a car and could walk everywhere). Great heated pool and spa with bbq facilities for easy dinners. Friendly staff who were happy to help. Will stay here again.

Gorgeous, large , heated swimming pool. Apartment spacious and well equipped. Well situated and close to centre of Port Douglas. Great bed and 2 bathrooms. Negatives, 32 steps to the apartment, no lift. We had asked for the ground floor. Difficult to carry up suitcases and no help available. Toilet didn’t flush first time and hole in the wall. Place could be better maintained and needs some TLC. Flyscreens door to balcony broken and other minor repairs needed.

Pleasant stay
Great location, parking was easy, pool facilities were tidy, bed was comfortable enough and cooking facilities were adequate. We did have to wait for our apartment as there was a handyman fixing leaking taps. Floors didn’t seem to have been vacuumed but the rest of the apartment seemed clean. Quiet part of town. Overall a pleasant stay

The accommodation was great, we were on the second foor and enjoyed it. The only thing i would say is that we have an autistic young child and we needed lockable locks for the outside bouconies, otherwise we would happily stay there again

Great to have kitchen and laundry facilities in apartment, but there was no room service st all and you had to get rid of your own rubbish at the end of your stay. No salt and pepper to be found but full kitchen facilities provided. Veranda was provided with outdoor seating but was small dark and no view so not used. Was expensive for a 3 star accommodation.

This property is ideallly located within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, marina actually all that Port Douglas has to offer. Plenty of undercover parking, great heated pool and shared bbq area. Unit was clean had the best most comfortable bed - great layout. Only thing we can fault is that it is a bit dated and could do with a refresh.

The apartment was great for our family of 4. 2 x bedrooms & 2 x bathrooms. 3 x Air Conditioners (each bedroom & living area). Was clean & tidy, had a full kitchen. (A microwave would have been good). Was a nice short walk to the Main Street, Macrossan St. The pool is large & the pool & bbq area is excellent. Good value for money & we would stay there again. Regards Jodie

Perfect location and very welcoming!
Perfect location. 7 min walk to the main street and also the beach. The couple running the hotel couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Great pool and spacious unit. Really great spot for everything in Port Douglas!

The property was in a good location, away from the centre of town so as to be very quiet but close enough that you can stroll into town for restaurants and services. The furnishings were tired, with the lounge being very uncomfortable, but the bed was very comfortable and overall the apartment was very pleasant

Perfect setting for a family holiday.
Large and spacious property, wonderful fans and air con, such a delight to walk into after a day in the sun. Had everything we needed and a friendly owner. Handy to walk out to local bars, shops and eateries and pool was wonderful.

Apartments were extremely clean (we stayed in 2 during our stay). One facing the road, whilst no issue with road noise at all, was very dark, even on the sunniest day. One facing the pool was fabulous. Pool area was great. Large, deep pool with sun all day and comfortable sun loungers.

The pool was awesome - big, deep and lovely spa!! The managers even went to the trouble to provide pool toys. Check in was super easy - even though we checked in out of reception hours, the new owners were extremely accommodating. The apartments are comfortable, just a little dated. But clean and have everything you need. Great value for money. The location was great - easy walk to 4 Mile Beach and the Surf Club bar and bistro.

Convenient location, well-equipped, nice pool area
These apartments are comfortable, well-equipped and have a very vice pool, garden area and BBQ facilities. They are also in easy walking distance to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and wharf area of Port Douglas and the main beach. The 2nd floor apartment we had worked well for our 5 night stay, however, it didn't have much of an outlook (street view) and seemed a little dark at times, however, I'm sure it would be nice and airy and cool during the hotter months of the year.

Great family holiday place
We had a fabulous stay at the Central Plaza apartments in Port Douglas. Our rooms had just had new mattresses installed the day we arrived and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean and the kitchen facilities were great with a dishwasher, cooktop, microwave and servings for 6. Living room decor was slightly dated but was perfect for a family vacation where you are spending most of your time at the beach and pool and come home to lie about. Pool facility was great - kids were in there multiple times a day and theres a cooktop down there for eating & cooking by the pool. Staff were lovely and even let us hang around the pool area after checking out while we were waiting for our ride back to the airport. There's no room service while you are staying in the apartments so you have to get used to drying towels however there is a laundry on site (which we didn't use). The apartments are in easy walking distance of the beach, marina and town so you don't need a car which was a big bonus for us.
