« La habitación estaba abierta cuando llegué, se ve que es política del hotel porque había más así, pero no me parece seguro. Luego el soporte donde tienes que colocar la tarjeta de la habitación para tener luz no funcionaba correctamente, me tocó reintentar varias veces para hacerlo funcionar. Que el termostato no pueda ser modificado también es un punto en contra, ya que había aire caliente puesto en todo el hotel y tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta para que entrara aire, en un primero que...

"Highly appointed appartment not luxury, was disappointed that it was not as advertised (no hottub, no BBQ and poor wifi, ad has been partially updated to reflect this) poor comms with host who seems to think we should sort out his issues with wifi. Refund given by Abritel, as host did not respond to their efforts to contact him.Cleanliness an issue as they seem to rely on departing guests cleaning appartment ready for next guests. Area is good, parking in garage is an excellent bonus, would return to Javea but this this appartment"
