"This is a hidden gem that I literally stumbled upon. This area is famous for agriculture so the food was sourced locally and amazing. The staff is international so even if you don't speak much Japanese you will be fine. It is peaceful and fun to walk around the area. "The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

"建物自体は古いが、リノベーションされ明るく綺麗ではある。しかしよく見ると一部壁紙が剥がれていたり、風呂場は一部カビも生えていた。 17時前にチェックインしたが、すでに食事の時間の選択ができず、（先着順の枠が埋まっていた）朝は早めに出発したので仕方なく食事は諦めた。 部屋は広かったが、内風呂はなし 大浴場はよかったが部屋の位置と大浴場の位置が遠かったのは予想外だった 露天風呂は開放的で良かった 食事はいわゆる食べ放題スタイル、種類はいっぱいある様に見えたが、食べれる物は少なかった（単純に好き嫌い） お寿司や刺身、網で焼く牡蠣や海老など海鮮物好きな方は喜べる内容ではないかと思う 同行者が牡蠣を食べていたが身が小さいと言っていた"

"設備は古いですけど、スタッフさんはみんないい笑顔、優しいです。ワンちゃん一緒に泊まれるホテルは面白いです。ワンちゃん好きの方にもおすすめです。 食事付きプランだったら、食事時間あんまり選べないし、エレベーターも行列です。ここはちょっと改善してほしいですね。 駐車場は土曜に混んでます。"

"This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. We had a fantastic stay."

"Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very ‘japanese’. I have been to many onsen hotels and I would say this one is the best at this reasonable price! Highly recommended if you go to Nagoya "

"I thought I had arrived at a resort with its palms, high rise apartments and manicured gardens. Definitely a holiday destination for the Japanese people. Spacious and comfortable with a microwave. As it was not close to Toba, having a car and the microwave allowed us to be more independent, not relying on eating out. The supermarket had plenty of takeout options. "
