« The whole house and yard and parking were perfect for our extended family! Would’ve given 5 stars but had few not so great items that need addressed. 1. My pregnant daughter got locked in master bedroom upstairs, the door handle would not open from the inside. Fortunately she had her phone and could call someone in the house downstairs to come let her out. 2. The outdoor speakers for the tv out there did not work. 3. The full size bunk on the bottom had the board fall to the floor every time...

« This house was an amazing location for our family reunion. There was plenty of room for socializing, including big rooms for time together and bedrooms for everyone to sleep well without a lot of noise from room to room. The kitchen was spectacular and made the cousin who loves to cook for a crowd very happy! I wish it had been cooler so that we could have enjoyed the patio outside more of the time than we did. We are choosing our next reunion time and may well come back here! »

« Clean and comfortable. Beautifully remodeled and modern kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Nice linens and towels. Comfortable in the heat. The owner is a good communicator and he cares about your stay. Outside the Lakeside Chatauqua gates, yet less that 1/2 mile away. I enjoyed my stay. »

« Nothing bad to say really! Stairs are kinda steep but there’s a railing so no big deal there. It was cozy and comfortable. I saw some reviews saying it was noisy outside, and that was sometimes true, but honestly after like 10 or 11 pm it seemed pretty quiet. We would 100% stay here again. »

« This spacious house was able to accommodate 3 generations (11 people) without feeling cramped. Convenient features like multiple sinks, refrigerators and laundry made it easy on the adults. The kids loved the built in entertainment of air hockey and foosball. »

« It was a cute cabin with lake access. Ted was extremely helpful because it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival and the cleaners arrived about five minutes after we contacted him. We were there for one night but we would go back again. »
