We are impressed with the tasteful décor populated with beach -theme ornaments and wall decorations. All appliances are quite new and work well. For entertainment there’s a ROkU smartTV but no cable TV service, hence we had to rely on our own streaming subscription services. The kitchen equipment are good but a bigger frying pan would be useful. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The flooring appears new. The enticing private swimming pool is screened in and appears to be working well although we did not use it during our stay. The bathroom is a bit small but clean and functional though lacking a grap bar for safety over the bathtub. There is plenty of lawn around the property to exercise our dog. However, this part of the city has no public sidewalks, hence walking our dog in the neighbourhood was a challenge for fear of treading on private property and vehicle traffic on the roads. Nevertheless, within 20 minutes drive there are several parks for exercise and bird watching. There are no equipment provided for water sports such as kayaking. The property’s boat dock is taken up by the owner’s boat and unavailable to guests.All in all, we highly recommend this very nice and enjoyable property to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation in. ##### Robert S. The floors were dirty had to clean them at arrival. There were napkins on the floor under the kitchen table. The listing said washer/dryer but it was locked up and inaccessible. Should have code to get into that in the book. Location was good for us but noisy at night. Can hear traffic. Pool looked nice but we did not use it.
