Nice quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Had been a bit concerned about cleanliness based on some prior reviews, but found it to be clean inside. Carpet in bedrooms had been recently cleaned, though is worn with some permanent staining. Lanai and grill area needed a good scrubbing, which my husband did as we were staying for 5 weeks. Communication from the management company was good, but said there was still damage from Hurricane Ian (tarp on roof, pool cage screens missing). We were very pleasantly surprised to find these repairs had been made when we checked in. Management company needs to update that in their communication.
