This was the second year in a row my brother and I stayed at the Sunny house for six weeks. The house is very clean and spacious and has everything you need. The host Monika was fantastic. Any problems we had were taken care of quickly. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. We spent most of our time around the pool and relaxed. The pool is real clean and warm and a person comes every week to clean and check it. Lots of good restaurants and golf courses near by. THERE WAS NO WHERE IN THE LISTING THAT IT STATED LIMITED HOURS OF USE. I EVEN HAVE TEXT MESSAGES PROVING THAT SHE STATED SHE WOULD TURN ON ANYTIME WE WERE READY. WE ALSO WERE LEFT WITH 6 ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER FOR A FAMILY OF 9 TO STAY FOR 10 DAYS. THE THERMOSTAT WAS NOT ABLE TO GO BELOW 71 DEGREES AND THE HOT TUB WAS KEPT AT 99\*NWHEN IT WAS ON. DURRING THE DAY THE HOT TUB WAS KEPT ICE COLD DUE TO BEING OFF. I HAD MADE IT CLEAR THIS WAS THE MAIN REASON FOR RENTING THIS PARTICULAR PLACE. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO VRBO SHE CHANGED THE LISTING TO STATE LIMITED USE OF HOT TUB AND EVEN WITH PROOF VRBO DID NOT HELP MY SITUATION. THEY PROMISED TO FIND ME ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY AND I ENDED UP PAYING FOR ANOTHER RESERVATION TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
