Some of them did not have covers. Half of the floorboards were missing. A lot of construction debris and equipment taking up the washroom and carport. It could be very nice after all is complete. It is close to everything and not on a busy noisy street. We went to the parks and beaches every day. We had a lovely time and our host was most helpful, always answering the phone when we called. Having a washed and dryer on site is great too. Again, we had a lovely time during our stay. The full size bed is very soft with no support and not at all comfortable. The outdoor furniture is in bad shape and the pictures don’t represent it well, but we found the plastic chairs useful. We would have appreciated a footstool or two to go with them and some full body lounge chairs and some little plastic side tables so the backyard would be a more comfortable place to spend some time. Nicely updated throughout, convenient to town and Punta Gorda, and we really enjoyed drinking coffee while watching the fish jump in the canal out back. The house was clean, comfortable and came with a few extras for getting settled in. Had all the amenities that you need for a full week minus food(of course). The owners were very helpful and responsive, and we found good restaurants nearby - we enjoyed Fisherman's Village, and launched our jet ski from the Port Charlotte Beach area, which was very nice.
