Once inside, relax under cathedral ceilings, with an open floor plan that includes a large, white porcelain tiled, eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar area, leading to a very spacious great room with cable television, WiFi internet, and a professional organ, that looks out over the 'Florida room,' and the gigantic lanai, which houses the spa, and really large pool with water falls, through the sliding doors, and finally, toward the salt-water canal. All bedrooms are furnished with flat screen TV's. The master suite has a king size bed, 42' flat panel TV with a DVD player, private bathroom with two walk-in closets, and includes a large capacity, and energy efficient washer and dryer, and offers additional space for storage. This and its very low height make it difficult to use. \* Main lights in ensuite bath were not functional \* Shower floor trim tile had fallen off and was stored in the closet. \* Bathroom counters (both bathrooms) are so low that they are difficult to use \* Vertical blinds throughout house are in disrepair. In primary bedroom, the vertical blinds did not provide any privacy from the adjacent sun room and required to be covered by a sheet. \* Bath towels were so worn out that we chose to purchase new towels for our use. \* Front porch entry is so slick when wet that it poses a danger. Repositioning the matt helped with this. \* Hurricane damage to lanai and dock is severe and not addressed. All other houses on street have addressed any storm damage. \* Kitchen dishes/utensils were bad - completely dull knives, no cutting board \* Garage door opener does not operate properly resulting in banging noise at end of travel. \* Kitchen refrigerator ice maker worked erratically - made ice during about half of our stay. ##### Maryanne W.
