The fan switch is broken and needs to be replaced.g.Wiring for the fan partly encapsulated in conduit to the ceiling in living roomh.Fan wiring is exposed from the ceiling in the living room and the fan wobbles unsettlingly3.Shower is a recycled fibreglass unit with holes that have been patched with sheet metal and rivets4.Exposed water pipes in the shower – very hot if touched5.The shower caddy is hung from a hole that has not been patched6.The overflow drain in the shower room sits above floor level which puddles - unsafe7.No soap in dispenser on sink8\. 2 rolls of toilet for 2 people for 4 nights9\. The air conditioner is completely undersized and it struggled10\. The contents of the vacuum suggests it was not cleaned effectively before we arrived11\.
