This was a last minute getaway and we found a treasure! House is adorable in a cute neighborhood just down the block from the beach. Beautiful view of nature lands off the balcony while enjoying morning coffee and a stunning sunrise. House was well appointed with new, up to date amenities and felt very welcoming. Even outdoor grilling area and beach supplies. Host was fabulous with her communication and also welcoming. We felt very well taken care of. Just hubs and I, but plenty of room for kids or another couple. We will absolutely be back! Property is new and nice, great neighborhood 3\. Easy checkin and check out experience Cons 1\. Ice maker would not make ice and freezer would not freeze our adult beverage slushies (they were eactually partially frozen when we stuck them in there from home and they turned to straight liquid). 2\. The only accessible closet is in the guest room. 3\. Upstairs is not very accessible due to extremely steep and unstable ladder. 4\. The washer and dryer is a combo unit and takes about 5-6 hours per extremely small load. 5\. Very limited sizes of pots and pans to cook with. We had to go buy some at the big store. Lots of the cons dont really matter so much with it being a beach house but i figured everyone would want to know all details. ##### Cody W. The host put a lot of thought into amenities and it was much appreciated. From phone chargers to coffee creamer, they thought of everything. The beach near here had a lot of mosquitos so just make sure you are aware of that and bring extra spray.
