The Space: Pirate's Beach is a stunning beachfront beauty, with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, and enough space for 30 people. It is perfect for weddings, church retreats, or family reunions. This is a high-end property on the front row of the beach with beautiful views, two levels of upper decks, and vast entertainment areas. You'll find ample parking for events and guests and 1/3 mile of unobstructed beach view! This house is fire! Enjoy two separate great room areas that provide plenty of space for everyone to relax. The main floor living/kitchen area has a sumptuous sectional sofa and a Roku television. (High speed internet is available throughout the property.) The kitchen features dual refrigerators, dual coffee makers - both Keurig and regular drip, and much more for large groups. There is a 15-seat kitchen bar and a family-sized table on the patio. The home theater boasts a 70-inch smart Roku TV for your personal streaming services, as well as an HDMI cable for XBox or other gaming systems. You will also have an on-site washer and dryer for your convenience. The primary suite is located on the main floor, and features a king bed and an amazing ensuite bathroom with double vanities. In addition, there's a second bedroom with two queen beds, and a third with one king. Another bedroom offers one king bed and one queen. Then there are the bunk rooms - each bunk bed has its own phone charging plug! The first bunkroom has 3 twin over queen bunk beds. The next has 2 queen over queen over queen triple bunks. All bedrooms have flat-screen televisions and antenna TV. Each room is named individually like “Hydrotherapy” or “Sotally-Tober”. Younger people love the nicknamed beds like One-Eyed Jack, Blackbeard or Miss Windjammer! You'll appreciate the bathrooms with their private water closets, high end tile and glass showers. At the ground level, you'll find a huge shaded entertainment area with a concrete bar, charcoal grill, and plenty of space for extra seating. There is also an outdoor sand shower and and a small bathroom. The large yard can also be utilized for events, and it features a sprinkler system to keep it looking great all year long! For your convenience, there is night-activated safety lighting outside, and the stairway to the home has covered access, keeping you dry in case of rain. Accommodate up to 62 people when you rent Pirate's Cove, which is adjoined by an elevated sky bridge. This amazing property is designed for groups and weddings! Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. The ground level could use an outdoor shower as there was not a great place to wash sand off before entering the house. I will say this house needs a deep clean. Reviewer Comments: It was okay. The bunk beds are dangerous- No railings , my mother broke a rib , right clavicle , and 2 vertebrae’s. The sheets and towels are all left in a group next to the front door. Would have been a 5 star experience if the beds were made or even if they were, I don’t know, on the beds ??? Near the beds maybe. There’s a lot of rules prior to leaving. You pay hundreds of dollars for cleaning services when you’re the one who has to clean. Not to mention you pay $4,000 to stay there. The management company is very communicative and helpful. Very helpful. Not a lot of utensils/equipment you need for a full kitchen (cooking purposes) There was old wedding paraphernalia left behind. There were nails in the hand railing used for flowers (from other event ) that gashed open grandpas hand. The house set up was perfect for our group and everyone enjoyed the setting. 35 total grown men for 3 days and nights. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great experience. Check-in and check-out processes were easy, and when we had maintenance issues, someone was there right away and super friendly. My only negative feedback is the quality of the rental compared to the cost to rent. Mar 17, 2021 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### mediocre The shocking part of this episode is that the sheets were not included in the price, would not have made a difference, would have rented anyhow, however, it was deceptive and secondly the beds and sheets were not on the bed. I use luxury retreats around the world and you could learn from their service. Will never rent this place or anything else from you. ##### Weldon G.
