The property was great. Only one neighbor nearby. We were just feet from the ocean. This time of year I can say was perfect. It felt like our own private beach. There were golf carts and four wheelers and a few cars up and down but quiet for the most part. A perfect family get away. My grandchildren and daughter and son in law loved it We got some fun in the sun and ate at a great restaurant up the road a couple times. I recommend it. There were so many people at the beach and vehicles, atv's, golf cart etc. Going back and forth right in front of the house. Only got 1 peaceful night out of the 3 whichwas our last night. Music, yelling and atv's etc going past the house til at least 3am. We were looking for a mental break, relaxing weekend so not being able to sleep wasn't that great. The A/C is programmed on a schedule for high 70s downtairs and mid/high 80s upstairs another inconvenience of having to get up and adjust the temp to get it to turn on all day and night is uncomfortable especiallywhen trying to sleep. Other then that the kitchen was well equipped and beds are comfortable, some towels had a dingy look and some stains but we just didnt use those. ##### Hugo T.
