The Space:

Mariposa is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, beachfront home in the quiet area of Gilchrist. You'll love the deck, with its lounge chairs and dining table overlooking the beach. There are panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, and you are just steps away from "toes in the sand"!



The interior of the home is light and bright, and the living area features cozy seating for relaxing and watching your favorites shows on the smart television. This opens up to the modern kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare family meals or beach snacks! Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker.



With 1600 square feet, Mariposa easily sleeps 12. There are 2 bedrooms that feature a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two sets of queen over queen bunk beds and the guest bath is in the hallway. All bedrooms feature smart TVs, and there is

high speed internet available for your streaming needs.



On the ground level, you'll find ample parking and space for entertaining, with a built-in bar and picnic table, as well as a charcoal grill. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off the salt and sand at the end of a magical day on the beach. Mariposa is a place you will want to come back to again and again!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
