Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. The home is located in a HOA and you will be charged $500 per incident if there is any disturbance to the neighbors. You will be asked to immediately vacate the property with no refund. Minimum age to rent is 25 2\. This home has many light colored pieces of furniture (couches, chairs, rugs, bar stools)- please be EXTRA careful to not eat or drink on these. Any stains will result in an additional cleaning fee or replacement of the piece at guest expense. 3\. Please take care of mini golf, giant connect four, board games, pool table and any other amenities as if they were your own. The next guests rely on your taking proper care of these. 4\. If you are a local resident, please contact the hosts before booking 5\. No parties or events allowed 6\. The home is on a septic system, please make sure to wash off excessive sand in the outdoor shower before showering in the home 7\. No canopies allowed on upstairs decks 8\. No pets are allowed. If one is on property you forfeit your right to any deposit and will be forced to check out early with no refund. 9\. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible. 10\. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental or on decks/covered driveway. Guests must acknowledge that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. 11\. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund 12\. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them. 13\. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out. 14\. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in). 15\. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. 16\. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras. 17\. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week. 18\. If, by not following any of our rules, we are forced to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs. 19\. I was super nervous because we live in the country without neighbors and my children are very loud, but they did really well here. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and they loved the downstairs area where they set up their cornhole boards to have tournaments after a day at the beach. This house had everything we needed for 20 people, both adults and children. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone. Plenty of sleep space for everyone. Spacious kitchen and living room for large groups and families. Any situation or needs were met by the host in a timely manner. As soon as we arrived we were hit with a strong sewage odor. After getting our family settled in we began hearing a non stop siren. We notified the owner who advised us that they were experiencing some issues with their sewer system, and that's the reason the alarm kept going off. Also, the property owner should advise that the location is in a retirement community on the island (about 6 homes in a Cul De Sac), and not recommended for anyone with younger children and teens. For this to be a fairly new property, the build was not constructed properly. ##### Tawanna S.
