Head down to Driftwood in cheerful Tidelands subdivision inCrystal Beach! This well-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach cottage makes quality time with friends & family a breeze! Enjoy the open floorplan, full kitchen, plenty of eating space and comfortable beds! And speaking of breezes, let the Gulf breeze blow your stress away from the furnished deck with Gulf views! Downstairs you can feel confident letting the kids and the dogs run loose in the fully fenced yard! Enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt after a day of beach fun. Bedrooms 1 offers a King-bed, twin bunks,plenty of storage, and an attachedbathroom. Bedroom 2 offers two sets of twin over full bunks. The outside activities are endless. BBQ on the grill. Take a short walk to the beach and collect sea shells sun tan or just enjoy your relaxing getaway by putting a drink in your hand and your feet in the sand. The surf fishing is excellent and Rollover Pass boat launches and the Stingaree Marina are just a couple miles down the road. (No seafood stored in the house!) After playing at the beach or pool enjoy the outdoor shower - natural and liberating! The "Big Store" on the is only a couple miles down the road along with locally-owned restaurants offering everything from Mexican food to pizza to BBQ to fresh caught seafood! Driftwood is a smoke/vape free house. 10 people maximum. We came in the first night and there were roaches all over the island in the kitchen. We attempted to eat chips and salsa as we settled for the night and within minutes the roaches were after the salsa. We avoided coming to the house unless it was to sleep as there were no other places to stay on such short notice. We have had to empty our bags outside before bringing them in our own homes out of fear of the roaches wanting to move with us. We did not try the single top bunk mattresses.Guest bathroom - had loose tiles at entrance with a board screwed down to hold them in place, the door would not shut all the way because of one tile, we removed it and set it aside so we could shut the door, the screws were loose on the board and I got a nasty cut on the heel of my foot from it.
