With more than 1700 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it's a perfect place for you and your family to vacation. Located in the desirable Tidelands subdivision, this home is minutes away from shopping and restaurants. It also boasts a beautiful view and a private walkover that will have you on the beach in just a few steps! Whether you are eating "al fresco" at the tables, or just taking in the sunrise or the Gulf of Mexico, you will love the furnished, wrap-around, covered beachfront deck.



Buccaneer House is a bright, beautiful, and well maintained home that offers full beach views from the kitchen, living room, dining room and primary bedroom. We know you'll enjoy the large great room with beautiful wood floors and an expansive view of the Gulf. There is ample seating, and a well-stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals, including both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig. With a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and high speed internet, you have all the comforts of home. The house also offers five TVs with DirecTV and a DVD/Blueray player.



The primary bedroom features a private deck and breathtaking sunrises over the water (relax in bed and watch the waves!). There are four bedrooms total - the first has one king bed and one twin. The second offers a queen bed with a full over full (XL) bunk bed. In the remaining two bedrooms you will find one queen and one twin bed in each room.



The property is large, with plenty of room for parking. The covered ground floor patio has a picnic table and bench swing, with lots of room for the kids to play. You can utilize the charcoal grill for family cookouts. There is also a new addition to the downstairs entertaining space - a custom-built, all-wood bar area! The spacious wood paneled interior features a mini-fridge and a microwave, and plenty of room for your coolers and snacks. Open up the 2 sets of beautiful custom made window panels and you have a corner bar just waiting for you to pull up your stools! We know you will love relaxing at Buccaneer House!



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
