This home is located in Sandy Shores subdivision. A family oriented neighborhood in the heart of Crystal Beach. It is on the second row with gorgeous views of the Gulf with direct beach access to walk or drive just a block over. The first thing you will notice upon arrival is the amazing entertainment area below the house. There is a picnic table, high table and 4 chairs, as well as a "photo ready" 2 seater brightly painted. The downstairs room has a full kitchen including Stove, Fridge, microwave, dish washer and coffee makers. It has roller doors to access the bar on the front and side. Inside there is another high table and chairs and a small bar. The back side has the original cathedral style double swing windows that can also be opened up to let the ocean breeze through. Around the side of the incredible outdoor bar is another fantastic area to relax and enjoy your company. It offers a swing and 4 high chairs. The outdoor shower and grill are near this area. When you make our way upstairs, the large deck has a table with chairs on one side and lounging and sunning chairs on the other side. You enter into the large open concept living area with high ceilings and a beautiful spiral stair case. The living area has comfortable seating, television with DishNetwork. It opens up to the kitchen only separated by the bar with 4 bar stools. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals, including 2 ovens, stove top, refrigerator with ice/water, wine fridge, dishwasher. The front bedroom has a queen size bed and a double closet. It also provides great views of the gulf. In the Hallway between the bedrooms and right of of the living area is a full bathroom with a separate tub, shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is behind the kitchen and has a King bed, Tv with Dish Network, and access to the screened in portion of the deck. The second bathroom is located beside this room. It has a stand up tile shower. The 4th bedroom is a loft. The stair case divides it into 2 sections. The left side has 1 queen bed and the full bathroom. The other side has 2 queen beds. Second Time around offers great views, and a short walk to the beach. It is second row in Sandy Shores sub division. We provide all of the basic household cleaners, trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bath towels and the beds are made for your arrival. It was gorgeous with the perfect view of the water from the front porch. It was spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the upstairs loft. The outdoor living areas were my favorite. Between kitchen with roll up doors for the bar, the hammock, the fire pit, the enclosed porch, and tons of seating, we were able to enjoy a lot of family time outside. The Ladies and I have stay at a number of homes through out our travels. This home was so wonderful, and the quality of the furniture down to everything that was needed for our stay was there. Dont have guest wash, dry & put away towels, hand towels and washrag. We had to wash the night before & didnt have anything to wash or dry our faces in the morning. Also microwave was in the master bedroom closet, so we really could not use it. Bring it to the kitchen. It was the perfect set-up for a 3 night multi-family stay including 3 couples, 4 teen girls, and their weird uncle. =) The home has many different sitting areas for groups to gather, the downstairs open kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast and keeping drinks cold and easily accessible. We never had issues with mosquitos, as we have in other homes on the peninsula. I'm assuming this is because of the fantastic proximity to the beach and the nice breeze the location provides. The location truly couldn't be better, with a quick walk to the beach access and a short drive to the Big Store for any last minute necessities. The decor was warm and cozy, yet still totally "beach house" appropriate for the renovated historic home. We had a small issue with WiFi that resolved quickly by messaging the owner via VRBO. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this home again for our annual trip to this fun TX Beach. ##### Kirby M. We had an incredible experience at this property. It was everything that was listed and shown on the VRBO site and more. Very comfortable, no one wanted for anything at this home. Very well appointed and everything worked, no issues with anything. We loved all the outdoor areas and spent all of our time outside while there. The kids loved having their own space in the loft. Plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach was very short and not a problem at all. We were happy we were one row back as it was very peaceful. They were spot on with the downstairs bar and kitchen, our favorite place to hang out. Carton was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly when contacted. Don’t have a negative thing to say about this property and would highly recommend it for a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. ##### Jack M.
