Beautiful beach house with 3 Master bedrooms furnished with king beds, smart TV and private bathrooms. A bunkroom that will sleep 8. Linens / Bath towels / Dish towels will be supplied. It has a spacious living room with large sectional sofa and a 75” smart TV. Kitchen features a large granite island with plenty of cabinet space and all the dishes you will need to prepare a meal after a long day at the beach. Additionally, it has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, large flat screen smart tv in living room with a great selection of DVD's to view. Several board games for the family. Nice deck furniture with table on deck and porch swing. A large picnic table, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill on floor level. 2 Small pets allowed with fee. 2-minute walk to the beach.

* Linens for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash rag per max guest occupancy, and dish towels will be supplied.

* The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while guest is at the property.

* The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guest.

* By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.

* MINIMUM RENTING AGE: 25 years of age

* Booking profile must match full name on valid government issued ID of primary renter.

* Once you have booked a reservation, you have 24 hours to submit a valid government issued ID required to verify identity. After 24 hours, the no penalty cancellation policy expires and we have the right to withhold all payments if you are under the age of 25, falsified age, name or any type of fraudulent activity in order to obtain a reservation.

* Falsifying age, name or any type of fraudulent activity is not tolerated.

* Renter/guest forfeits 100% of rates of nights booked, deposits and fees if any fraudulent activity is found on behalf of the renter/guest. This pertains to any fraudulent booking no matter what date the reservation is made and/or canceled.

* A 4 digit entry code will be provided to the email contact on file once the ID is verified. This code will be valid for the duration of your scheduled stay.

* OCCUPANCY: Max guests for rates listed is 14 persons. No exceptions. You will be evicted from the property without a refund if the max number is exceeded.

* No Events / parties are allowed.

* 2 small dogs under 20 lbs ea allowed with fee. No exceptions.

* You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
