The master bedroom had a splendid view of the lake. Really thankful for the owner to go an extra mile by offering necessities for the baby and family overall.We loved making S'mores. Water toys to make teens and young adults happy. Close to trailhead for Spruce Goose Trail; Devil's Punchbowl is about 3/4 mile in- wear your swimsuit if want to take a plunge (cold water). Many folks bring their bikes - can make it to the end of Lake Crescent and beyond. A lovely paddle to the Punchbowl if you take the kayaks. Nice big kitchen and dining room. Great to have 2 family rooms. Stairs are steep for young children and older adults. And must take the stairs to get to the bedrooms. Two eagles swooped 20 feet above us. We could hear the sound of their wings in flight. Also saw deer, chipmunks, salamanders, grebes, and fish. A delightful stay. Thank you. ##### Ann M.
