Piscine intérieure fermée…soit disant à cause de la COVID, mais au Québec dans les hôtels elles sont ouvertes. Aucun resto, aucun accès à une déjeuner. On ne peut pas tout mettre sur le dos de la COVID, ou bien on baisse ses prix s’il n’y a aucun service sur place.cet hôtel est mal insonorisé, on entend les locuteurs à côté et au dessus…

Hôtel très bien. Chambre propre, lit confortable. Par contre c’était très bruyant, on entendait énormément les gens passer dans les couloirs car très peu isolé. A part ça, c’était très bien comme séjour.

Commis à la réception lors de notre arrivée était un employé du liquor store voisin de l'hôtel, il nous a demandé de revenir vers 3h30.... pas de piscine, de spa, de restaurant et de bar. Fourmis dans la chambre. Câble tv non-fonctionnel. En gros, hôtel à l'abandon et non-accueillant!!!

Lit comfortable et matelas neuf. Un peu bruyant dans le corridor. L'établissement accepte les chiens et il est arrivé d'en entre un aboyer pendant plusieurs minutes. Sinon le personnel est accueillant et propre malgré la qualité des matériaux pour la constrution de l'hotel. Le spa et la piscine était toujours ouvertes à cette période de l'année. L'endroit est central dans la ville et les dejeuners étsient inclus.

Jacuzzi très bien en hiver ainsi que l’omelette faite maison. Nous regrettons qu’il n’y ait pas de couvertures extra dans la chambre et pas non plus à l’accueil. Très bon chauffage mais nous aimons avoir plus de couvertures.

They didn’t let us check in til 3pm, which is ok. Used their public washroom which according to my daughter is so clean. We checked in at around 4pm and it was easy and fast. Room was clean and smells nice, beddings were great, we slept well and good. Washroom was clean and had shampoo and conditioner and lotion but not enough for 4 people who stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Hot tub and pool. Everything is good tho the property is quite old. Rating the whole experience 7/10.

Very handy to the activities we were involved in. The floor hadn't been vacuumed or swept very well. We were there for two nights and were quite happy with our accommodations. Missed the decaf coffee in the check in area provided by most of the hotels we stay in.

Good afternoon Janice, I am sorry to hear that your check in process was so long. Should definately not take any longer than 5 minutes per guest. I will inform management about the your review and experience. We did just have a very busy weekend, with lot of kids in and out of the pool quite often,, though the cleanliness should be kept up and will inform management about the concerns regarding the pool as well. Choice of hotels in that area are limited. This looked pretty good and I was right. Rooms were very clean and nice. We got a room on the back side away from the parking lot so it was quiet. The pool was too cool for me to use and we didn’t try the hot tub.

The restaurant was closed but our stay was made terrific by the incredible staff and housekeeping. Second time we stayed there. Definitely going back the next time we're in Port.

The hotel was clean and comfortable the kids enjoyed the pool. We were in town for a hockey tournament, and we understand that can be hectic. However the front desk staff wasn’t very flexible or accommodating. And we were denied a late checkout even though we could see online many rooms were available for incoming guests.
