Full South Exposure: Large Beach July/ August dates become available early September of previous year. Our summer weeks usually book up very quickly. Priority is given to returning guests. Summer rentals are weekly : turn around days will be Friday. Make some wonderful memories in this nearly 3000 sq ft executive home which has a full southern exposure in a protected bay on Sproat Lake. If you are looking for some quiet times, water sports or fishing this is the place to be. This home is located on 2.4 acres and has 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King Bed with a large ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and shower. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the forth bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. One full bathroom is located near the bedrooms and the third full bathroom is located just off the laundry room so it is easily accessed from the deck and gourmet outdoor kitchen. Enjoy sundrenched days on the large deck and make full use of the outdoor executive kitchen. There is a large hot tub great for soaking at night. The beach is pristine with clear waters and safe swimming for all. Indoors you will find all new appliances including: 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, dishwasher and induction cooktop. A large walk in pantry is available for storing all your dry goods. There are 2 eating areas; one just off the kitchen with great views of the water and the other a formal dining area. Cozy up with a nice book near the gas fireplace on cool winter nights or enjoy a variety of board games in the family room. Wifi , netflix, and basic cable are available. We kindly ask for a smoke free environment and no excessive noise to respect our neighbours on the lake. Minimum age for renting is 30 years. Pets are not allowed on the property. No RV's or campers allowed on the property. Maximum 8 person occupancy. Summer bookings are weekly minimum (Friday- friday). Check in after 4pm, Check out 10am . Off season rentals are minimum 2 nights. Longer term rentals options are available for off summer months (End September- Mid June). Please contact to discuss. Calendar and pricing may not be up to date for long term rental options. The view was amazing, the house is on such a nice spot of the lake. The house is spacious, lots of room for everyone to have space, great lake views of the lake, spacious deck with lots of outdoor furniture to use. Seven of us – childhood friends on a fishing trip and celebrating a 50th birthday – couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The home was spotless and incredibly well-equipped. Usually when you go on a fishing or camping trip, you have to bring everything with you, but here, every detail was already thought of: hand soap, shampoo, shower towels, three fridges, fully stocked kitchen with spices and appliances, outdoor BBQ kitchen, paddle boards, games, and even snacks waiting for us when we arrived.The WIFI, giant TV and DVD collection was a fun bonus, and the hot tub and private dock made it feel like a true retreat. We never once found ourselves needing something that wasn’t already there. The owner was also excellent—very responsive and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable.This was truly a dream trip for all of us. This is an incredibly lovely and well appointed home on a secluded little bay on Sproat Lake. The home is spacious and beautifully laid out with a fantastic kitchen, formal dining room, and a living room with the biggest TV any of us had ever seen. We were a group of seven friends and loved the outdoor bbq area and the hot tub and the lounge areas on the deck. The dock area is a peaceful and serene spot to chill or read a book. Aside from multiple glorious swims we made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the spectacular lake. Just a great set up for our group of 7 women friends. The house has all the ammenities you could need or want. Plenty of room and lovely spaces for people to gather....we used them all! Host was very attentive, couple of small items were off but the host made sure they were properly accounted for / covered. Everything you need to have the family out there was available. I didn't have a singel critique, and I work for a high standard top rated, time share vacation rental property. Secondly i would like to highlight how well appointed the property is, they really have all your bases covered. Our family had a wonderful time reconnecting, enjoying the serine setting and having fun! Absolutely beautiful property losts of sunshine in the morning to midday with lots of deck space to enjoy it aswell as beautifully maintained lawn. The hosts seemed lovely as well, thoughtful communication :) 10/10 for us! ☆ ##### Jenna M. Just a short drive to Port Alberni to get any necessities. My wife,two toddlers, along with two other couples stayed here. At no time did we feel like there wasn't enough space for everyone to enjoy. There was a very nice grassy area out front for the kids to play. The backyard was also an awesome area to hang out with great views and a hot tub big enough for all the adults who were staying. Adriana was easy to reach and very responsive. Due to the time of year though the lake water level was above the beach and cut off access to the dock. The kyack and water toys were also put away for the season. There was a basketball hoop but unfortunately we didn't bring a basketball and there wasn't one that we found. The soccer balls were deflated that we found but the kids still had a great time playing with them. We all agreed this is definitely a property we would visit again in the future. ##### Brent G. We stayed during what might have been the hottest week of the summer and we enjoyed the air conditioning, the breeze on the deck and the hot tub after the early morning swims. We all enjoyed swimming off the dock and the kayaks and paddle boards added to our enjoyment. We were a group of eight and really appreciated the two fridges, lots of pantry space. The beds we’re comfortable and we loved having three bathrooms. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave. Thank you, Adriana and David for sharing your lovely home with us! ##### Christine D. Was clean and spacious for our family. We enjoyed our stay and host is very responsive . The only downside is the beach area. It’s not a good spot to swim as it’s very shallow so it’s not desirable to be in as it’s very murky. If you bring a boat or paddle ( kayaks and paddle boards provided ) out Sproat Lake is a huge lake and very clean. Not ideal for small children who want to play in the water from the property. Great hosts! The home is clean, very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Easy lake access, a great spot to swim and chill on the dock. Sproat Lake is awesome! Also, having the kayaks and paddle boards to use was a nice treat! Hope to visit again. ##### Samantha B.
