Welcome to this bright and beautifully decorated apartment, perfect for a stay right by the water thanks to its direct beach access through the basement! You can also enjoy its surroundings by discovering Le Pouliguen, Pornichet or the lovely town of Le Croisic. 60 m² sea view apartment located in Pornichet which has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The rental has a beautiful terrace with sea view, equipped with garden furniture, an electric plancha, internet access via Wi-Fi, a television and a DVD player. As for the independent kitchen, it is equipped with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a crêpe maker. In the bathroom, an Italian shower, an iron and a hairdryer will be at your disposal. A parking space for a small car in a private underground car park completes this rental (a large vehicle such as an SUV, 4X4 or others cannot be parked there). Please note that the beach is supervised during the summer.
