HOUSE DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH - EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION


The "GenĂȘts d'Armor" is located in the middle of a private driveway with direct access to the beach (20m). You can admire the sea from the terrace, you enjoy the peace while being close to all amenities. The house was completely renovated in 2011/2012 with careful decoration and high-end services.
Pewter bar, club armchairs, ice dispenser, dish warmer, internet access, free WI-FI, two-person spa bath, chromotherapy and aromatherapy, dimmer lighting in the living room and the master bedroom, etc. been designed for your comfort!
Prices with sheets and linen provided + cleaning at end of rental included.

Superbe emplacement au calme et Ă  deux pas de la mer

La maison est exceptionnellement bien situĂ©e dans un chemin privĂ© avec un accĂšs direct Ă  la mer. Tres bien situĂ©e Ă©galement par rapport aux axes de balade. Bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le seul gros gros bĂ©mol c’est le mĂ©nage. C’est vraiment dommage de payer un prestataire qui est censĂ© faire le mĂ©nage. La maison Ă©tait trĂšs sale. C’est dommage. A part ce point super sĂ©jour.

Beautiful Location

Upon making reservations we received welcome & instructions in French, unfortunately we don’t read/speak French. Second email was in English but instructions were limited. Property mgmt did work with us in getting in/out in our timeline. A welcome bottle of wine, jams and orange juice were a nice touch. Upstairs shower leaked thru ceiling to downstairs bedroom
we alerted property mgmt and they tried to make repair. Hair dryer did not work. Proximity to beach was great.

Pretty much perfect!

A last minute booking made possible by relaxation of Covid rules in France. We were 3 generations needing 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, so ideal. The closeness to the beach was a real bonus. The house was warm in the bitterly cold weather (except dining room which is inadequately heated for January). The kitchen although very small was sufficiently equipped. Cleaning and linen included helps a lot. A great week.

Kulinarische Woche in Pornichet

Leider waren der Kamin und das Fahrrad nicht zu benutzen, Vorrat an Toilettenpapier und KĂŒchenrolle haben wir nicht gefunden, im Eingangsbereich gibt es keinen GarderobenstĂ€nder, Bistro-Tisch und Stuhl auf der Terrasse waren morsch bzw. kaputt. Trotz dieser MĂ€ngel war das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Une situation parfaite à deux pas de la plage sans route à traverser et à 5 min à pied du centre ville. Déco de bon goût, une belle véranda cÎté Est pour les petits déjeuners, des prestations au top... je recommande !

une trÚs jolie maison , les pieds dans l'océan !

Une maison trÚs agréable et bien décorée, idéalement située juste à cÎté de la plage, parfait avec des enfants qui n'ont pas de route à traverser pour aller sur la plage qui borde un joli sentier à suivre le long de la cÎte. Les commerces sont à proximité, à peine 10 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le marché de Pornichet. Une adresse à recommander. Nous avons passé une trÚs belle semaine.

SITUATION EFFECTIVEMENT EXCEPTIONNELLE

Situation effectivement exceptionnelle sur la cĂŽte d'Amour, au bord de l'ocĂ©an. La maison est extraordinaire avec une dĂ©coration raffinĂ©e, d'un grand confort, sur-Ă©quipĂ©e et d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Tout est pensĂ© pour le bien-ĂȘtre des locataires. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la plage devant la maison idĂ©al pour les enfants, le chemin de douaniers en planches pour le jogging ou les promenades, le calme et la beautĂ© de l'environnement. A rĂ©server sans hĂ©siter !
