Enjoy an ideal location 300m from the beach and the coastal path to enjoy southern Brittany on foot or by bike. Discover La Côte de Jade, its coves and sandy beaches in a preserved natural environment, combining the charm of the countryside and the proximity of the ocean.   
  
The 45m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a family home on a private wooded property of 4530m² in a quiet second curtain. The house is not occupied so you are the sole occupants of this two double bedroom apartment. Single or double beds according to your convenience (bed of 80 or 160). The accommodation can thus accommodate up to 4 people.   
  
The kitchen open to the living room is equipped with a high stool with stools, gas hobs, a microwave combined oven, a refrigerator, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (citrus press, vegetable press, pancake maker, raclette machine, potato masher...). The living room with WIFI has a television and gives access to a 15m² wooden terrace with outdoor furniture. A shower room with WC completes the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, an air conditioner, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a charcoal barbecue and an additional fridge/freezer are also available. You have one covered parking space in the garage and two outdoor parking spaces on the property.

Above all, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialties of the shellfish farming area of La Plaine sur Mer such as “Moules de Bouchots” and “Spirulina and Algues de Retz”, oysters from the aquaculture area of Collet aux Moutiers en Retz, the famous ice creams and jams from “La Fraiseraie”, the famous cakes and galettes “St-Michel”, and without forgetting the unique local cheese that is as good hot as it is cold “Le Curé Nantais”.
