### Apartment for 4 people 150m from the sea

Choose Pornic and the Jade Coast for a stay where everything can be done on foot or by bicycle.  
  
Ideally located in the heart of the town of Sainte-Marie sur Mer and in the immediate vicinity of the "Montbeau Beach", the accommodation is located in the "Les Cèdres Bleus" residence. All essential shops are close to the residence. The Bluegreen Golf of Pornic is just a step away and bus lines allow you to reach the city centre of Pornic.  
  
  
  
The apartment (level 1 access without stairs) of 47m² has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a sofa bed (140 mattress), thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.  
  
  
  
It consists of an open kitchen fitted and equipped with induction hobs, an oven and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, pod coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle. A living room with TV and wifi access leads to a 5m² balcony with outdoor furniture. A bathroom with independent toilet completes the rental. A hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, and a washing machine are also provided. You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage room.

Saint Marie is a dynamic village attached to Pornic, an exceptional destination where you can find fine sandy beaches, vegetation and villas with typical architecture. Discover the wild coast by bike via VéloOéan or by sea in a kayak and above all do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchots mussels from La Plaine sur Mer and the oysters from the Bay of Bourgneuf, the famous ice creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious pancakes from "St-Michel" and without forgetting hot or cold "Le curé Nantais".
