Enjoy an extended weekend or your holiday relaxing facing the Atlantic at the Calm Residence of Golf and Beach.  
  
This ground floor apartment of 80m² and its terrace face the sea. It offers two double rooms (160 beds) that can accommodate up to 4 people.  
  
It consists of a beautiful living area open to the kitchen with sea view. The living room has a television and WIFI connection (fibre optic). The fully equipped kitchen with all necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. Two shower rooms, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an independent toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the apartment has a garden lounge, an electric sun awning and a private and secure parking space.
