Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room semi-detached house that spans across 3 levels, with some rooms having sloping ceilings. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, and satellite TV with a flat-screen. This room also provides access to the garden and terrace. One double bedroom is located on the main floor, while the upper floor houses another double bedroom with access to a balcony. The second upper floor has a studio area with 2 beds, a double bed, and a dining table.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, bidet, and toilet, and the other with a shower, bidet, and toilet. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi internet access throughout the property.  
  
Other Information  
The house boasts natural stone floors and offers stunning panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Outside, you'll find a large roofed terrace, a garden, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and 4 deck chairs. The property is heated with gas heating, which is available from October 15th to April 15th. Please note that this is a non-smoking house. With its beautiful and tasteful furnishings, this vacation home promises a comfortable and memorable stay.
