Property Summary  
Pina & Rosy is a large, rustic semi-detached house situated at 450 meters above sea level, surrounded by trees and meadows in the district of Palo, Porlezza, Italy. This two-story detached property offers a shared terraced garden, an above-ground swimming pool (seasonal availability from May 15 to September 30), a pergola, garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a planted inner courtyard with pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Additional amenities include a storage room for bicycles, an option for a cook on request, a bread roll service, and a pre-arrival grocery service.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a spacious 2,000 square meter shared area with a terraced garden and an angular above-ground swimming pool (7 x 3 meters) available seasonally from May 15 to September 30. Guests can relax under the pergola, enjoy the garden furniture, and make use of the barbecue facilities. The inner courtyard is beautifully planted, adding to the scenic charm of the vacation rental.

Access to the house involves a 900-meter steep footpath, with public parking available 900 meters away on the road. Nearby, you'll find a supermarket (1.5 km), restaurants, bars, cafes (900 m), a pedestrian zone (1 km), a bus stop "Porlezza" (1 km), a grass beach "Porlezza" (1.5 km), and an outdoor swimming pool (1.3 km). Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy golfing at an 18-hole golf course (12 km), surfing at a surf school (2.5 km), and horseback riding at a stable (1.5 km). Please note that there are animals in the neighborhood.

The property is conveniently located 900 meters from the center of Porlezza, 13 kilometers from the center of Menaggio, and 17 kilometers from the center of Lugano. Nearby attractions include Cascate di Begna, Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Grotte di Rescia, and the well-known lakes of Lago di Como and Lago di Piano. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the trails of Madonna del Cep-Passo San Lucio, Monte Boglia (Lugano), and Valsolda.

The Casa Pina is a 3-room semi-detached house with a spacious and bright interior, spanning 95 square meters across two levels. The practical furnishings include a living room with curtains and a satellite TV, as well as an exit leading to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a toaster, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table. It also features an open-hearth fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance. On the upper floor, there is a walk-through room with two beds and a large double bedroom with access to a balcony. The house also has a bathroom with a WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The Casa Pina offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. These include a washing machine, a barbecue area, pet-friendly accommodations (allowing up to one small dog), a fireplace, a private patio, satellite TV, heating, and a television. The maximum capacity is four guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom available. The floors are made of natural stone, adding a charming touch to the interior.  
  
Other Information  
The Casa Pina boasts a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and the resort from its balcony and large terrace. The outdoor areas are furnished with balcony furniture and deck chairs, providing a perfect setting to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and no parking is available on-site. However, the owner offers luggage transport services on arrival and departure days, and additional transfers to the town can be requested for a fee. The house is accessible by a 600-meter walk, ensuring privacy and tranquility during your vacation.
