These properties can be booked together or separately. Located close to the Ovens River and across the road from Bright Organics, River Song is a newly built quality home offering luxury accommodation for you, your family, friends. Stunning modern decor, tasteful furnishings and quality finishes throughout assure you of a five star holiday experience. This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group) BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 6 people) Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 3 – Single bed with single trundle All bedding, linen and towels are included. KITCHEN & DINING Step into this kitchen and be wowed! You will want for nothing in this perfectly appointed well equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, electric induction cooktop, electric wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and a table with seating for 6 plus 4 barstools to sit and sip wine while someone else prepares your meal! A door that opens out to the outside dining area adds to your options. LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT The main lounge features a beautiful leather lounge with chaise and 2 lounge chairs that beckons for you to come and relax. Plenty of seating for all looking out over the meticulously maintained grounds, a large Smart TV a soundbar and a little separate nook for sitting around the woodfire and dreaming or reading. Upstairs there is a balcony and a little study nook if you need to catchup on those pesky work emails while you are away. Wi-Fi is available. HEATING & COOLING Split systems provide heating and cooling as weather demands and a small wood heater provides cosy warmth in the main lounge. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations. BATHROOMS There is a powder room downstairs that features vanity and a separate toilet The 2 bedrooms upstairs have large ensuites with a shower, toilet and vanity plus heated towel rails. OUTDOORS The yard features an undercover with outdoor setting that seats six, a gas BBQ is provided and a clay chimenea, plus a basketball ring to shoot a few hoops (BYO basketball) PET POLICY This property is NOT pet friendly. LAUNDRY A spacious laundry offering a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The property at Riversong was impeccably clean, boasting a prime location and stunning backyard views. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. While we would have given it a perfect 5-star rating, we encountered some internet issues on the final day of our visit. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the WiFi, especially problematic for Vodafone users due to limited internet coverage in the area.
