For shared use: terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house. Shop 70 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 1.4 km, rocky beach 3 km.  
2-room terraced house 42 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Forced-air heating. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).
