The residence is located in the Mali Maj district, approx. 2.5 km from the old town of Porec. The house is situated in a quiet location and its facilities make it an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. The house has a total of 7 holiday flats with a common plot of 1300 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 60 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining, a well-kept garden and several parking spaces for common use.  
This holiday flat for 2 people is located on the 1st floor and has a living space of 45 m2\. It consists of a kitchen-living room with satellite TV and access to the balcony with garden furniture, a fitted kitchen with dining table, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC.
