Villa Nino is a beautiful apartment house located in the Gulići district, just 3 km from the center of Poreč and 2.5 km from the sea. Boasting a quiet and sunny elevated position, this holiday rental offers a shared property spanning 2,000 sq.m., complete with a fenced garden and an angular heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available seasonally from April 1 to November 1). The property is equipped with amenities such as an internet connection, central heating system, washing machine, and parking on the premises. Enjoy the convenience of a shop and restaurant just 400 m away, and take advantage of the nearby pebble and rocky beaches, just 2.5 km from the villa.

The outdoor area of Villa Nino is truly remarkable. You'll have access to a shared property of 2,000 sq.m., which includes a fenced garden and an angular heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm). The pool is available seasonally from April 1 to November 1 and features an internal staircase for easy access.
