### L'Etang du Vaudic - Jardin de 1000m²

In Pordic, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 140 m² south-east-facing Breton farmhouse for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a pretty living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There is also a garden of around 1,000 m²! Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
  
Ground floor  
\- A 40 m² living room with sofas, fireplace (wood provided) and TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A veranda with armchairs and dining area  
\- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) and two single beds (90 ×190)  
\- Bathroom with bath  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor  
\- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and wardrobe  
\- Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, table.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 1,000 m², with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
Situated in a peaceful and very pleasant setting in Pordic, this charming Breton farmhouse is just 3 km from the nearest beaches. Ideally positioned with no overlooking neighbors, it offers a private and serene environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as picturesque beaches, restaurants, lively bars and local markets. Enjoy the best of Brittany with this house, ideal for relaxing and socialising.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities waiting for you

\- Paragliding  
\- All sea-related sports: diving, kayaking, sailing, rowing, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 to 4 vehicles).

\- Nearest train station: Saint-Brieuc, about 14 km away (17 min by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 112 km away (1h16 by car)  
  
Other remarks :  
\- Bed linen and towels are not included. Please bring your own sheets and towels.

\- The fireplace is working and its cleaning is charged, the wood is provided.  
\- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.  
\- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
