Incantevole e luminoso appartamento con la vista più alta della città!   
Il grazioso bilocale è stato recentemente ristrutturato con uno stile moderno e funzionale. Situato in una posizione super centrale e strategica, a 5 minuti di passeggiata da Pordenone Fiere e 10 dal centro. Si trova al 7° piano di una palazzina con 2 ascensori situata in un area tranquilla e con parcheggi gratuiti alla base. Il prezzo contenuto tuttavia lo rende perfetto anche per viaggiatori singoli o una semplice coppia.  
  
Quartiere tranquillo a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fiera, e 15 minuti dal centro e dalla stazione dei treni e autobus.  
Intorno ci sono vari bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie.  
  
L'appartamento dista 2 minuti dallo svincolo dell'autostrada, 10 minuti da Aviano, ed è ben collegato tramite autobus e treni alle principali località di mare, montagna e città d'arte.  
50 minuti da Venezia e aeroporto, 1,5 Hr da Cortina, 40 minuti da Lignano, Bibione e Caorle.  
Base startegica per visitare Friuli Venezia Giulia e Veneto.
