Natural stone on the outside, carefully furnished on the inside, combining Tuscan style with modern restorations and recoveries. Surrounded by a large garden, guests are offered the opportunity to live in and in contact with the nature of the park; eating in the open area, using the barbecue area equipped with everything you need, and the solarium area for a whirlpool and hours of sun and relaxation. For lovers in the neighboring park you can follow paths for trekking and mountain biking (the structure offers two Mountain bikes). With less than two hours of walking, taking the path that starts right behind the house, you can reach Camaldoli and the Hermitage of Camaldoli among entire forests of ancient trees and a lot of history. In the area behind the house, a wildlife center focused on the Wolf has recently been inaugurated; starting from the information point at the Bar del Paese you can follow a series of illustrative bulletin boards with info and studies on the Wolf; then ending the route with a sighting station that can be used to observe the fauna both day and night. Many of our guests had the pleasure of seeing deer, roe deer and many other characteristic animals of the park. Moggiona is a small, peaceful and pleasant town. It offers a breakfast bar, a small grocery store and a family restaurant with typical and traditional cuisine. Around the church develops a small village, there is a small museum on the profession of Bigonai (builders of caratelli, bigoni and various) and on the War (Moggiona is located just below what was in the Second World War the Gothic Line). Kleines Traumhaftes Häuschen, bei der Ankunft hat man einen ganz tollen herzlichen Fresskörbchen. Der Vermieter ist ein ganz lieber netter und sehr bemüht das alles gut ist und immer erreichbar. Es war Erholung pur. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem wundervollen Garten. Alles grünt und blüht. Der Pool ist einfach toll. Man kann auf den beiden Sonnenliegen prima entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Besonders freundlich sind die Gastgeber, die sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt haben. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Körbchen mit lokalen Produkten für uns bereit. Mit dem Auto kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toscana erkunden. In Poppi findet man tolle Restaurants und Geschäfte. Empfehlung: La Torricella mit tollem Panoramablick.Es stimmte einfach alles. Séjour de 12 nuits en juin 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Barbara B. 2 juill. 2024 #### Marodes Häuschen in den Bergen -Preis-Leistung stimmt hier aber nicht Leider entspricht das Häuschen nicht den beschriebenen Erwartungen.Vieles ist alt und marode, die Ausstattung unzulänglich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht annähernd. Das Sat-TV funktionierte nicht, wir konnten die EM nicht verfolgen, der Besitzer bemühte sich nach einer ganzen Woche endlich um einen Techniker, danach konnte man Fernsehkanäle nach dem Zufallsprinzip empfangen. Zwei Tage saßen wir ohne Waschbecken da, der Hahn war kaputt, das Wasser lief direkt ins Bad. Die Duschkabine war locker, die Fliegengitter kaputt, bei unserer Ankunft war die Mülltonne nicht geleert. Es gab keinen funktionierenden Korkenzieher, Bettzeug und Handtücher wurden nicht - wie angekündigt - gewechselt, das W-LAN Passwort erst nach einer Woche mitgeteilt etc. Dafür wollte der selbstgefällige Vermieter noch zusätzliche 150 € für unsere beiden Hunde, die seien ja so groß(!), anstatt uns entgegenzukommen, da wir ja teilweise ohne Fernseher und Waschbecken waren. Da gibt es in ganz Italien bessere und komfortablere Strukturen mit fairen und freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Umgebung und der Garten sind wundervoll, allerdings sehr hoch im Bergdorf Moggiona gelegen und daher mit einem Temperaturunterschied zu Poppi von mindestens 4-5° ##### Barbara B. Das Casa Silva Camporino ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mitten im Nationalpark am Rande eines kleinen Dörfchens. Hier kann man prima relaxen und die Ruhe genießen! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dennoch ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und die Städte Florenz oder Pisa sind auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert! Wir haben hier 10 wunderbare Tage verbracht! ##### Ronny S. House is maintained very well, is well equipped and the outdoor is wonderful with an excellent swimming pool and beautiful garden. Warm welcome, good communication before and during our stay. Il giardino è molto curato grande e ben recintato con una bella piscina. L'interno della casa è arredato con gusto e non manca nulla. (Forse una piccola lavatrice...) Séjour de 2 nuits en février 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Sabine L. 3 juin 2019 #### Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund Die Villa ist ein Traum für Familien oder Paare mit einem oder mehreren Hunden. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bei der Ausstattung fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei jeder Frage oder jedem kleinen Problem. Leckere toskanische Gastgeschenke standen bei der Ankunft auch bereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gleich hinter dem Grundstück beginnt der riesige Nationalpark. Natürlich hat man, wenn man gleich am Wald wohnt, hier und da ein paar tierische Besucher aber unsere Hündin haben sie nicht weiter gestört. Mit 2 Stunden Autofahrt über die serpentinenreichen Straßen der Berge und über die Autobahn kommt man auch schnell an die nordöstliche Küste Italiens. Rundum ein toller Urlaub. Beim nächsten Mal mit besserem Wetter😅. Vielen Dank Massimilliano für den schönen Urlaub trotz Regen und Kälte. ##### Sabine L. Abbiamo passato con mio marito, nostro figlio e il nostro cane tre giorni incantevoli in questa spelndida casetta. La casa è molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort e accessorio per il soggiorno . La posizione è immersa nel verde con accesso diretto a sentieri e passeggiate. Anche il nostro cane ha potuto approfittare dello spazio in giardino . I proprietari molto disponibili e attenti ad ogni nostra richiesta e bisogno. Torneremo sicuro in estate per poter viverla nella stagione migliore. Ciao ed a presto. Il luogo è ricco di silenzio, calore e comfort. La casa è grande e accogliente dotata di tutto il necessario. Il camino ha reso il nostro soggiorno magico! Il giardino è molto grande e per la nostra cagnolona si è reso perfetto (nonostante la recinzione sia in un punto poco affidabile). In cucina non mancava niente; abbiamo trovato disponibili sale, zucchero,aceto,caffè in capsule (a pagamento) e un graditissimo omaggio offerto dai padroni di casa: biscotti e schiacciata ai ciccioli.... una bontà! Consiglio questa location a famiglie,coppie e amici. È vicinissima a Camaldoli e Poppi (dove è possibile trovare supermercati ). ##### Silvia M. Ampio giardino con veranda e barbecue. E' situata in un luogo tranquillo e adiacente al bosco dove è possibile fare belle passeggiate tra i sentieri, sia in bici (che la casa mette a disposizione) che a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato una persona disponibile e professionale sin da subito ed è stato attento a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Al nostro piccolo è piaciuto in particolare la piscinetta e l'ampio prato della proprietà, da correre e giocare tutto il giorno. Sono stati giorni di pieno relax. Sembrava la casina di Biancaneve, con accanto il bosco! La casa è molto carina e spaziosa. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare dei prodotti tipici del luogo deliziosi. Se dovessi trovare dei difetti, direi che il divano sarebbe da cambiare,purtroppo il tempo nn è statp dalla nostra e abbiamo passato molto tempo in casa, ed ho dovuto optare per il letto mentre leggevo perché il divano era scomodissimo. Die Natur rundum ist sehr schön und wenn man Glück hat, kann man einige Rehe sehen. Das Haus ist sehr einladend und in gutem Zustand. Perfekt für jeden, der die Natur erleben will.
