This charming detached cottages is the perfect getaway for a romantic trip.. 2 steps to entrance.  
  
All on the Ground Floor:   
  
Open plan living space.  
  
Living area: Freeview Smart TV, Woodburner  
  
Dining area.  
  
Kitchen area: Gas Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine  
  
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed  
  
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Enclosed front garden with garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Welcome to Holly Hedge Farm, a wonderful collection of properties that we’re certain everyone won’t be able to get enough of!  
  
Dorset has something for everyone. Close to the property, you will find Lytchett Matravers with local shops, pubs and restaurants. Further afield is the famous Dorset Jurassic Coastline. You will need more than a day to explore places like Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and Lyme Regis and are all worth the visit. From award winning beaches to attractions such as boat trips and water sports the whole family will enjoy themselves. Poole Harbour is approx. 15-minute drive from Holly Hedge Farm which lays claim to the title of the second largest natural harbour in the world after Port Jackson, Sydney, this is a place of natural beauty with trips running daily to the famous Brownsea Island. Keep the eyes peeled for a red squirrel. For the golfer among us Bulbury Woods Golf Club is approximately 1-minute drive from the property where you will find a tree lined course for all abilities to enjoy. Back to the property is where to make more memories around the wood burner and outside enjoying the end of the summer sun. Beach 7 miles. Pub and restaurant 2 miles.  
  
Meet our four resident donkeys! They’re a much-loved part of our home and add a unique, charming countryside experience to your stay.  
  
There is open water in the property grounds.  
  
Pets must be kept on a lead at all times.

We have a lovely stay at Owls Roost! Perfect for my partner and I and our 2 dogs! Really well equipped with everything you could need and the log burner was lovely on the cold winters nights. Very friendly hosts who came to greet us and said goodbye to us. Lots of walks around at not too far of a cars drive away. Larger shops are a little bit of a further drive away in Poole but wasn’t too much of an issue. Thank you for our lovely stay!
