I also liked this place because it could accommodate parking easily and was quiet compared to what I read you might encounter with other properties in downtown Newport. « We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need. »

« The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning...

« The "suite" was beautiful and right in the heart of town. Walking distance to just about everything which made this quick getaway very easy. Everything that we could have needed was provided and that bathroom was WOW!!. Only thing that other guests should be aware of is that if you're traveling with a dog they can't be left unattended.
