The door to the garage will provide the laundry facilities as well as the noted "guest section" where beach gear will be located. We have 2 Charcoal Grills available for use during your stay. 1 small starter bag of Charcoal is provided. The grills must be pulled out from the garage and onto the driveway for use. They may not be used in the garage or on any of the deck areas of the home. \*As Required by St Johns County, a copy of a Government Issued Photo ID or Driver's License must be provided prior to arrival. Non-Smoking Inside & on the Deck Areas \*\*Parties, Gatherings or Events that take us over our max occupancy of 9 guests are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware \* Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There is a Ring Doorbell as well as an exterior Ring Camera facing A1A for security purposes and 1 exterior camera facing the beach. There are not any other cameras on the property. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Bathrooms are super clean.-Beds are comfortable. -The owners are great and assisted us with something we needed help with the second day of our trip. Very accommodating and kind. -It’s right there on the beach. It’s not near a public entrance, so you’re only near your neighbors. So nice and private. Cons: -The kitchen needs an inventory check. It was missing key items like mixing bowls, muffin tin, and a pair of scissors. Also, small spoons are needed. I wanted to make queso for a snack, but there was no crockpot. I ran to target and bought one, also bought a hand mixer because I couldn’t find that either. It’s definitely doable as it is, but if your family cooks every night and makes a range of things, it’s not the best. -The living area rug and two swivel rockers need a good steam cleaning. The padding on the outdoor loungers also needs a good cleaning. They were not fit for use because of some green mildewy gunk on them. -There are no blinds or curtains of any kind on the windows facing the beach from living/kitchen, so you have to be mindful of the turtles past sundown.-The WiFi is VERY spotty. -The rinsing off from the beach situation is not ideal. You either do it in the grassy yard, but then walk through the yard that’s still sorta sandy, or you do it on the deck, which is slippery and there’s no rugs by the doors.It’s a good house, but for the price we paid with the aforementioned is why it’s 4 stars. ##### Tissa K. The house itself is beautiful. Beds are comfortable and we had lots of room to just be together without feeling cramped. We had an eleven month old with us and there was plenty of room for him to crawl and play. The ocean views are amazing! We actually saw dolphins playing in the ocean one morning! How cool is that!! Communication with host was great! This house offers everything you could possibly want in a beautiful beach house. Highly recommend!. ##### Catherine F. Several siblings and I were traveling to pay last respects to a niece who faced a terminal cancer diagnosis with more grace and dignity than I’ve ever witnessed. We needed a welcoming and relaxing place to rest our heads and share stories, and Casa del Sol couldn’t have been more perfect.
