You can't miss this beautiful, blue three-story home! And if you've decided to visit our shores with the intent of sampling our many world class golf courses, then Gone Coastal is the right home for you! As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by your own personal putting green located on the private fenced in and gated front lawn! Gone Coastal is a private slice of paradise, a luxury vacation you'll never forget! One of the many fine features of Gone Coastal is the sprawling and intricately paved patio, and of course, your private walkway to the beautiful coquina shores of South Ponte Vedra! The patio is great for entertaining, with loads of tables, chairs, Adirondacks, a fire pit, and hot tub! And since half of it is covered by the upstairs balcony, you can choose to soak up the rays or enjoy a shady breeze! Walking into the second-floor main entrance you will be greeted by the grand spiral staircase. Directly to your right will be a conveniently located powder room. Further down the hall and to the left of the spiral staircase is the spacious open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and small sitting area complete with a decorative fireplace! The kitchen features beautiful stainless steel appliances, and a big kitchen island with a breakfast bar. With more full length windows, you're never far from the sound of crashing waves! Both sides of the second floor have access to the main attraction, the gorgeous patio with private beach access! To the right of the spiral staircase is the private living room, decked out in beautiful floor to ceiling windows and glass French doors overlooking the patio and ocean views. The living room is perfect for lounging, catching up with friends, and entertainment! And with a mini-fridge and wet bar, you don't have to go far for drinks! Arriving on the third floor you'll find 3 bedrooms all boasting king-sized mattresses. The charm of these accommodations is matched only by the breathtaking views they offer. The first bedroom presents an alluring panorama of the ocean, making it a coveted choice for those who appreciate the beauty of coastal landscapes. Meanwhile, the second bedroom comes with its own allure—a private balcony that opens to stunning vistas of the GTM Research Reserve. These bedrooms share access to a fully-equipped bathroom, complete with a shower, modern toilet, and a vanity. You can’t beat the location of this property! Almost private beach even on a busy holiday weekend. House was great and very accommodating for our family of 7 with adults, 4 and 1 year old. Communication with property manager was excellent! The online listing was accurate with poor WiFi and cell service due to lack of cell towers. Beds and linens very comfortable and new. Furniture in living areas and outside have seen better days - I understand it’s a beach rental but a good cleaning might be helpful. It had plenty of space for everyone inside and out. The beach feels like your own private beach with no one for miles. Also, the house is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The only issue that everyone brings up is that the stairs are tough to navigate for seasoned people. I found no issue with the stairs. I would say that quite a few things need to be update throughout the house. Furniture was really dated and falling apart outside and could be potential safety hazard. We had no issues but were very careful with the chairs upstairs on the balcony. The highs: immersive beach front view and access, clean, everything works well including climate controls,grill and coffee makers, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and pillows, good communication with the host and management company. Not really any “lows” but things to note: this home has lots of stairs- the 3 interior levels are accessed with a spiral staircase. Just be aware this is not a home for those with disabilities or needing mobility help. Also the home is starting to show its age and will be needing some TLC before too long. Traffic on A1A is fast and frequent- use care pulling in and out of the home. In summary, “gone coastal” is a really nice place to spend a beach vacation and we would stay again. ##### Stephen E. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the house. The house has a beautiful view of the ocean and it was nice to have such a big area (seemed private) to enjoy. The location of this house to beach and nearby restaurants were very accommodating and convenient. Some things you need to know if staying here: 1\. There are a fair amount of steps and a spiral staircase that you will have to negotiate to get your luggage into and out of the house. Just needs to be considered based on your physical situation. 2\. The thermostats can be challenging if you want to change the settings. 3\. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking essentials. There are two coffee makers (Keurig and filter type) 4, If you want to enjoy a fire you will need to pick up or bring some firewood with you. 5\. The bedrooms are only accessible by the spiral staircase. The views and location to the ocean are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here and were well pleased with our stay. ##### John T. This house is in a great location, just steps from the beach and the view is incredible. The beds were very comfortable. We were provided with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. The house is very dated. The vinyl floorboards are damaged and lifting in several places, the furniture is old, the towels were worn and some had stains, a lot of the plates and bowls are chipped. Even though the house was clean, it still felt dirty because some many things were not in great shape. The pot holders in the drawer need to be washed as they have crusted food stuck to them. The sitting room by the kitchen could use more seating in my opinion. We looked forward to using the hot tub but it took over 24 hours to get it up to a usable temperature. The owners sent someone out to take a look at it and it was determined that it wasn’t broken, so basically you have to plan a full day ahead if you want to use the hot tub. The bath mats in all the bathrooms are old and crusty and need to either be washed or replaced. The cutting boards are cheap plastic and are so badly scratched up so must have bacteria in them and need to be replaced. ##### Nicole D. The house drew people together on the patio and in the kitchen. It was a great place to gather and celebrate. The ocean literally served as the home's backdrop. Made it worth the price of admission. There were two slight, yet solvable, issues. The upstairs was too cold (blankets). An alarm (living room) went off just prior to the upstairs cooling. Then it stopped. The house's spiral staircase may be a consideration for some when considering the property. ##### William M.
