The "Antico Loggiato" is an agricultural estate situated at an elevated position on top of a hill in the countryside of Pontassieve, Italy. It offers a vacation rental opportunity with 4 apartments within the property. Guests can enjoy shared access to various amenities, including a fenced garden, a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available from April 1 to October 31), table tennis facilities, garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a children's playground with a swing. The property also provides pool maintenance services by the owner/gardener.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a serene outdoor environment with a fenced garden and a seasonal swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth of 150 cm, available from April 1 to October 31. Guests can relax in the garden, complete with furniture and a barbecue area, while children can enjoy the playground equipped with a swing. Additionally, table tennis facilities are available for recreational activities.

The complex features a reception area, a table football setup, and a central heating system operational from November 1 to April 15. Parking is conveniently available on the premises.
