### Madeira Beach House by Atlantic Holiday

Located in Madalena do Mar, one of the most picturesque coastal villages in Madeira, Madeira Beach House offers a comfortable and spacious stay for up to 8 guests. The house features four bedrooms, three with queen-size beds and one with two single beds, providing an ideal setup for families, couples, or groups of friends. There are four bathrooms, including two with a shower and one with a bathtub.   
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. The house is equipped with a TV with a box, offering access to various entertainment options.   
  
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. The house features a private pool, which can be heated at an additional cost upon request, allowing you to enjoy it year-round. In summer, the pool ranges from 17-18°C, reaching up to 26-27°C. In winter, it’s 14-15°C, reaching up to 23-24°C. The top balcony offers a stunning sea view, creating the perfect setting to relax and take in the coastal scenery. Right across the street, you will find the ocean and a beach, offering easy access to the water.   
  
A private parking spot is available at the property. For families traveling with young children, a baby cot and high chair are provided upon request.   
  
All bed linen and bath towels are included. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 05:00\.   
  
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:   
  
\- 2EUR per night;   
  
\- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.   
  
\- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.   
  
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Inchecken wat wat laat door miscommunicatie, maar we konden in het zwembad al prima “chillen”.We vonden het jammer dat er:- geen airconditioning in het huis is - in Augustus is dat een gemis.- niets wat van basis keukenzaken zoals zout, peper, schoonmaakdoekjes, theedoeken, aanwezig- uberhaupt weinig aandacht voor allerlei praktische details (haakjes, kapstok, plank voor toilettas, douchekop zit los, douchedeur lekt, etc) alsof het is gemaakt is door iemand die er zelf niet gewoond heeft om dit kritisch te beoordelen.- keukenapparatuur verder wat simpel en goedkoop, erg jammer voor zo’n mooi huis op zo’n mooie locatie!
