We are centrally located in the heart of Sao Miguel, in the quant town of Livramento. This location offers quick access to downtown attractions. A short five minute walk from the home will lead you to TripAdvisors number one attraction, Populo Beach. There you can enjoy swimming, surfing, snorkling and more. There is also Sunset Beach Grill which offers coffees, fine wine, adult beverages, and dining for lunch and dinner all while hearing the ocean just a few steps away. We are on a quiet street with a park that offers Padel and workout equipment. The home is perfect for a couple, a large family or for the work from home business professional as there is a fully operational office with its own entrance. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds in each room along with hotel quality mattresses with luxury bed cotón linen. The master bedroom has a small balcony and sitting area for two people. Here you can enjoy your coffee or wine while viewing the yard and surrounding homes in private. There is a dedicated work office on the main floor with one gig of upload speed . The ability to connect your laptop to the internet is available through our Ethernet. There is also a printer for your convenience. The upstairs living area (or den) has a sofa bed, TV, and two very large comfortable bean bags for sitting and watching television or playing games. Both bathrooms have showers and the upstairs has a full size bathtub. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals or just heat up leftovers. There are wine glasses, sangria glasses, and more for your enjoyment. The kitchen has utensils as well. The laundry is off the kitchen area. It has a large washing machine along with an ironing board and iron. You will also find beach towels in the cabinet in the laundry room. The outside kitchen is also available should you wish to BBQ. The outside area has two comfortable chairs for those who enjoy being in the sun reading a good book. We have added an outside camera by the front door for your protection. Upon entering the house there was a very musty like smell that was trying to be covered up with some extremely odiferous air fresheners. Most of the screens in n the windows and sliding doors did not stay in so we were unable to open windows for ventilation. Calling the host resulted in an answer that she would have someone come out and fix the screens but not until our stay was over. There was as one fan in the house that did not work and the host did nothing to help. She told us she only had the one fan. This property was subpar and I would not recommend it to anyone. Being mindful that we had a 6 month old and a 2 year old as well as a 63 year old with asthma the property was a health risk to us ##### Marijoan R. Location was a great…we took off to a different past of the island everyday and this house was very centrally located. House was very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and an amazingly stocked kitchen. We loved the large table on the porch and I sat in yard every morning. Sao Miguel is an amazing island with so much to see and do…I promise it will not disappoint. Come for a visit and stay at this amazing home…you will love it. ##### Brittany D.
