"This was a last minute booking on the way up to Rome. Great views and welcoming staff. The neighborhood was nice with a restaurant for dinner, cafe for breakfast, and a gelateria close by. Catching the bus to Piazza Cavour was easy enough. They offer parking directly across the street with a camera directed at the spaces. "

"Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "

"What an incredible find - a real gem in a City with a million of them. Great location, and while urban, very quiet. AC is very powerful. So, after we had a long day of touring and dining, it was a pleasure to feel that cool blast of air. I'll very likely revisit this site in the future. Great deal, too. Feel it was worth every penny. "Lovely guest house, very friendly and attentive hosts. Great location, too. About 10 mins walk to Metro, 15 mins from Vatican and half an hour from the Olympic Stadium which is useful if you are attending a match or concert there, as getting away from it at night can be difficult. Would definitely recommend."

"We chose this location for its good reviews of price, room size and location close to public transportation for one week stay. There was a former breakfast room that provided self serve coffee and continental breakfast. There was daily room service. We were happy with everything except the check in process which was somewhat challenging. And the wifi which was essentially only available in hallways and common breakfast room because of the large buildings walls. "

"We were looking for a hotel close to Loyola's John Felice Rome Center to visit our student studying abroad. This was extremely close, about a 1/2 mile walk in a quiet residential area. We only stayed one night but the staff was very helpful with taxi to the airport and helping with restaurants in the area. "

The property is located within the trendy Pronti neighborhood and is close to all major historic sites, without having to deal with the "day to day" crowded tourist scene. "The location couldn’t be better—right by Piazza del Popolo, close to the metro, beautiful parks, the Borghese Museum, and plenty of great restaurants. The room was very nice overall. The shower is quite small and could use a shelf for toiletries, but it was manageable. The staff were incredibly helpful and very accommodating of my allergy to synthetic fragrances and chemicals. While the scent in the room wasn’t perfect for me, it was still much better than most places I’ve stayed. Highly...
