"The room was clean and the linen was clean. That’s about all I can say. There is however a very serious issue here of safety. The shower which was a very tight cubicle has an unregulated hot water supply and once you’ve mixed the water to your right temperature it can suddenly come out scolding hot. This could easily cause a serious burn to somebody like a very young person or an elderly person. I was four or five times scalded by extremely hot water as the temperature does not remain constant. It seems if there’s somebody else opening a cold water tap in some other apartment which then affected the hot water mixture in this apartment in room 16\. This is dangerous and they should address this. There were several other inconveniences such as no kettle provided to make a cup of tea for oneself."

"The hotel is very close to train and bus stops which made it easy for us to get to using public transportation. We came after hours, but we were given a code ahead of our stay by email. We simply entered the code at the door and retrieved our key. The room was immaculate. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
