"銀座エリアでの滞在先として、非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。三越まで約150mと近く、買い物や食事にも徒歩で行けて便利です。東銀座駅からもアクセスが良く、羽田・成田どちらの空港にも行きやすい立地で助かりました。近くにコンビニが2軒あるのも地味にありがたいポイントです。 そして何より、ホテルそのものの快適さが素晴らしかったです。お部屋はゆったり過ごせるサイズ感で、洗濯乾燥機と電子レンジが部屋に備わっています。室内も清潔感があり、気持ちよく滞在できました。東急ステイには他の施設も利用したことがありますが、東急ステイ銀座は特に印象が良かったです。 なによりReFaのシャンプー・トリートメント、シャワー、ドライヤーが備え付けられていたのが本当に本当に嬉しい！！滞在中も髪のツヤを保てました。普段はホテルだと髪がパサつきがちなのですが、明らかに違いました。 防音面でも安心感があります。ドアがしっかりしていて、廊下の清掃の音で起こされることもなく快適でした。枕も硬さの違うものが用意されていて、部屋で選べるのも細やかな配慮だと感じました。1階に用意されているコーヒーやTEARTHという紅茶も美味しく、新聞のサービスもありがたかったです。 一点だけ希望を挙げると、テレビの国際ニュースチャンネルがCNNのみだったので、もし可能ならBBCなど他のチャンネルも選べるようになるとさらに嬉しいです。 予約の急な変更にも迅速に対応してくださり、フロントの方々もとても親切でした。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。ぜひ今後もこのクオリティを継続していただけたら嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。"

"Stayed here for my Tokyo marathon trip. It was clean and so welcoming. They have a breakfast style buffet, the food was great. They provide you with a lot of ameneties. They really make you feel home away from home. I would highly recommend. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful they let us leave our larger cases with them as we travelled with cabin size cases for 5 days around Japan because we had booked a night going back with them before we flew onto Australia. Great for getting around Tokyo as 2 stations close by."

"The room was clean and AC was cold. Only thing missing was an air purifier which we would have appreciated. Pillows were disappointing and wish it was more of a regular pillow. Our room was a family room and there were only 2 of us but there’s no way it would have been enough room for 4-5 as stated in our reservation. Some of the staff were helpful such as ordering a taxi and having us stow our bags after check out however the evening staff (a lady) could use more customer service training. We needed some assistance using the washer/dryer and had questions and she was very unhelpful and seemed bothered, rude and dismissive. Overall price point was slightly lower than others in the area so I guess that’s the trade off however unsure we will stay there again. "

"Good location. I picked the 25sqm room for 2 becos I felt the 19sqm would be too small. Hotel had a hot bath which was nice. Would recommend anyone to stay here! "
