"We stayed here with 10 people ranging from 71 to 2. It's an excellent raised ranch style home situated on an ocean view. The property is exactly as described. The beach is rocky, but not impossible to access for most people. The cabana has a separate entrance close to the downstairs primary and was perfect for our teenagers. I reached out with some minor issues that were left by previous guests and soon received a call from Sheldon. We had a lovely conversation and he sent out his fantastic handyman. Additionally, we met the cleaning staff upon arrival, who were also incredibly friendly and gave us some tips on where to eat and activities. There are so many great restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and the neighbors along the way were friendly and recommended Schultzy's, which was an absolute standout. It's a great family friendly area and we have only positive things to say about this property and its owners. Thank you again for a great vacation!"
"Lovely house and very well-equipped! It’s right on the water and has an amazing view. It is also right on a road, which wasn’t too busy on weekdays, so there is some car noise when you’re sitting on the porch but it wasn’t bad and is covered by the sound of the wind and waves in the afternoon. Very easy check in and out process and Suzanne was easy to communicate with. Great AC which was helpful as it was quite hot when we were there. "

"There were 5 of us girls that have been friends since grade school. We all turned 60 this year and celebrated with a trip to RI for 4 days. The Morgan House was perfect for our trip. Very clean. Just as described in listing. Stacy, the owner, has thought of everything and beyond. The snacks on the counter, the coffee available, the water bottles and all the other little extra's. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 women was a ! Very convenient walk to Flo's for a lobster roll and Shultzy's for ice cream. We were only at the house in the early morn and back after dinner. Easy drive to Newport. If you're thinking of renting there, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed."

We even prepared a meal on the grill when we were too tired to go out. My kids had fun with the kayaks as well - my daughter enjoyed one final paddle on the morning of our last day!"
"Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again."
