"Overall, I had a good experience, especially thanks to the housekeeping staff who were incredibly friendly and kind. However, the last two days were a bit of a struggle. I woke up with five mosquito bites—three on my face and two on my neck. They were very itchy and swollen, which has never happened to me before. I hope the hotel can address the mosquito issue, as the service from the staff was otherwise excellent."
