Welcome to your own private oasis! A tranquil, hidden retreat just steps away to all the amenities of downtown Ponchatoula!   
This unexpected, converted 100 year old warehouse exudes old world charm and has been thoughtfully laid out.   
The exterior of the property features a large fenced yard, small pond, private chapel and more.   
Once inside, visitors are often captivated by the open concept, vaulted ceilings, tin roof and split level design of this home:  
The lower level features a fully stocked kitchen, open living room, full bath and laundry room.  
The upstairs features an open main bedroom, private guest room with a twin trundle beds, a loft and skylight, full bathroom with vintage porcelain bathtub, double sinks and a skylight, and a large screened balcony. Perfect for morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.   
We invite you to be our guest, kick back, relax and be inspired!
